Elevation Rock Gym offers Yoga classes almost everyday of the week to fit a busy active lifestyle. Never stepped on a yoga mat before? No worries! Not only do we now offer beginner yoga classes, let the instructor know of your needs, and they will help you on your way!
If you are already a member of our gym, your membership includes UNLIMITED yoga! Remember to check in with our front desk staff before you attend any class.
For the non-member, drop-in rates are $10 a session. You will need to fill out a waiver to attend any of our Yoga classes. You can fill one out online here or at the front desk when you check in!

Skylar
I’ve had the privilege of teaching here at Elevation for 8 years now! I have found a community among the people and fake rocks, and I hope you do too. I love teaching fast paced classes that foster creativity and joy, and possibly a moderate amount of sweat. Outside of teaching, I am a big fan of feeling the sun on my face, I dream of always having a charcuterie board within hands reach, and I have a somewhat alarming fascination with bones and fossils.

Cammy
Cammy has been teaching yoga classes at Elevation for 2 years now and loves it! She has a B.S degree in Exercise Science/Health Education from USU. She received her RYT200 certification from Yoga Assets in SLC, UT and her RYT500 certification from Emily Perry, Yoga Tribe in Logan, UT. She is registered with Yoga Alliance, is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a "Yoga Tune Up" Certified Instructor through Jill Miller, Tarzana, CA. She is currently working on her "Roll Model Method" Certification, teaching students self-care through the use of balls designed for myofascial release. This practice results in pain relief and improved performance through better overall mobility. She has raised a family of climbers and sees the benefits of yoga in climbers' active lifestyles. Cammy loves teaching to all levels from teenagers to seniors, health challenged to fit. She loves connecting with and encouraging all participants in their quests for improved health.

Sharla
Sharla is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor currently living in the beautifully serene Cache County with her husband and two children. After a lengthy career as an elementary school teacher, Sharla decided to pursue her dream of becoming a certified yoga instructor and utilize her skills as a teacher to bring strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to her students. She seeks to inspire and challenge her students in her classes with creative, powerful and purposeful sequencing focused on alignment. Perpetually trying to live in the moment, she tries to make her classes fun, dynamic, and centered on connecting the mind and body through breath. She teaches from the heart and approaches instruction through a place of loving kindness. Sharla loves to travel, read whatever she can get her hands on, and have as many adventures as possible while raising her beloved children.

Makenna
Hi! I am Makenna, I am a 200RYT. I am so excited to teach and share what yoga has to offer! I have learned that pranayama (breathing techniques) and Asanas (physical postures) practiced together make for a healing meditative state. we can balance our mind, body, and spirit through yoga. I started to practice yoga when I lived in Kauai, Hawaii for a couple years. I took a break after moving back to the mainland. After a big life change, I found myself lost and not sure where to turn. I found my way back to yoga, and it saved my life. Yoga is a time to explore the universe within yourself, and what a beautiful journey it is. so please come join me in my class for self-discovery. I am yoga alliance certified through Yoga assets.

Saundra is an experienced certified yoga instructor with a focus on breathwork and a philosophy centering on accessibility, inclusivity, and mindfulness. Classes are crafted to be welcoming to all - regardless of age, body type, or prior experience.

I grew up in Idaho Falls and have always loved being outdoors—especially hiking and rock climbing. I ran cross country and track, which sparked my passion for movement and wellness. I’m a certified yoga instructor and love how yoga supports both physical strength and mental clarity. My classes are a power flow style—designed to build strength, increase mobility, and leave you feeling grounded and energized.
