Anyone who wants to learn inversion skills is welcome to this workshop style class. We explore the drills and exercises to help with the inversion asanas such ashandstands, headstands, and forearm balances. We are all falling and learning together!

The Upside Down

Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm

This class will help restore your connection to mind, body, and breath. This slow paced class will allow for you to hold poses longer allowing for a deeper stretch to lengthen and restore your muscles. Open to all abilities.

Wednesday 8:00am - 9:00am

This is an all levels class that incorporates self-massage that targets the specific needs of climbers as well as other everyday athletes. This class combines self myofascial release techniques along with yoga to help speed recovery and improve performance.

Yoga for Climbers

Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm

This post-climbing yoga helps share your energy with deep breaths, light movements that will include shoulder and back stretches, hip openers, legs, ankle, finger, wrist flexibility and strengthening, and relaxation poses. This class is meant for all bodies with the intention to release, renew, and recover after a climbing or tension filled day.

This class is designed for a fun & energizing practice using asanas in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and an overall sense of well-being. This class builds strength and balance physically AND mentally, and leaves you feeling energized. Be ready to sweat a little!
