Elevation Rock Gym offers Yoga classes everyday of the week to fit a busy active lifestyle.  Never stepped on a yoga mat before?  No worries!  Not only do we now offer a beginner yoga classes, let the instructor know of your needs, and they help you on your way! 

If you are already a member of our gym, your membership includes UNLIMITED yoga!  Remember to check in with our front desk staff before you attend any class. 

For the non-member, drop-in rates are $8 a session!  You'll have to fill out a waiver to attend any of our Yoga classes.  You can fill one out online here or at the front desk when you check in!
